TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite — The Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC), through the Office of the Provincial Cooperatives Development Officer (OPCDO), in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)–Cavite, awarded starter kits to beneficiaries of the 2025 One Town, One Product (OTOP) Program in a ceremony held on September 30, 2025, at the Cavite Provincial Government Center, New Capitol Building.
The awarding activity aims to support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in enhancing their product branding and presentation. Each beneficiary received a starter kit containing cut-out stickers of their newly developed logos and labels, showcasing the results of their product development under the OTOP Next Gen initiative.
According to OPCDO, the initiative highlights the government’s continuous effort to uplift and strengthen the MSME sector by providing tools and resources that promote innovation and market competitiveness.
Through this collaboration, the DTI–Cavite and the OPCDO reaffirm their shared commitment to empowering local entrepreneurs and advancing inclusive economic growth. The OTOP Next Gen program continues to serve as a platform for MSMEs to develop stronger brand identities, improve market readiness, and gain a competitive edge in both local and national markets.
