IMUS CITY, Cavite — More than 1,000 residents received essential services during the launch of the “AAksyon Caravan” on Monday, September 8, 2025, at the Barcelona III Covered Court in Barangay Buhay na Tubig.


The initiative, spearheaded by City Mayor Alex “AA” L. Advincula, brings core government services directly to communities. The caravan was supported by department and unit heads of the City Government of Imus, alongside partner agencies.


Among the services offered were free legal consultations and notarization from the Office of the City Legal Officer, free late birth registration from the Office of the City Civil Registrar, and free medical checkups and medicines provided by the City Health Office and the Ospital ng Imus.


The office of Congressman AJ Advincula also extended assistance through free dentures, eye consultations, reading glasses, and cataract surgeries. Other services were delivered by the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA), the Office of the Persons with Disability Affairs Officer (OPDAO), and the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO).


Mayor Advincula likewise held his People’s Day alongside the caravan to personally hear the concerns and needs of residents in Barangay Buhay na Tubig.


The AAksyon Caravan will continue to roll out in various barangays of Imus, ensuring that government programs and services remain accessible to every Imuseño./PR
