Bohol Welcomes Clear Insights’ First Philippine Site, Boosting IT-BPM Industry

TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol — Clear Insights Philippines Services, Inc. officially opened its first Philippine site on June 2 at the Tayabas Building along Graham Avenue in the Cogon District, marking a significant milestone in the growth of Bohol’s emerging information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) sector.
The opening was welcomed by Governor Aris Aumentado, who described the investment as a reflection of the province’s vision of becoming a leading IT hub in the Visayas. He also reaffirmed the commitment of the Provincial Government of Bohol to support future business expansions and investments that create opportunities for local residents.
Known globally for providing data-driven market research and analytical services for elections, international businesses, and major corporations, Clear Insights is expected to generate new employment opportunities and career pathways for Boholanos.
The company currently employs 66 workers and aims to expand to 200 seats by the end of the year. It is actively encouraging senior high school graduates, college graduates, and qualified undergraduate applicants to explore career opportunities within the organization.
Also present during the opening ceremony was the Bohol Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office headed by Maria Fe Dominise, which expressed support for the investment and its potential contribution to the province’s economic development.
Officials said the establishment of Clear Insights further strengthens Bohol’s position as an emerging destination for IT-BPM investments, helping generate quality jobs, attract more investors, and support the province’s goal of inclusive and sustainable economic growth as a recognized UNESCO Global Geopark.
