Bacoor Officials Join DILG Leadership Course in Tagaytay

Tagaytay City, August 19, 2025 — Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, and members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod of Bacoor are taking part in the second day of the Department of the Interior and Local Government’s (DILG) “Transformative Leadership for Elevated Governance” refresher course for re-elected officials.
The three-day program, held at Hotel Casiana Event Center in Tagaytay City, aims to strengthen leadership skills, promote ethical governance, and foster stronger collaboration between local and national government agencies. It also encourages innovation, accountability, and the adoption of development strategies that can improve public service delivery.
Mayor Revilla emphasized the importance of the training, noting its direct impact on Bacoor’s governance. “This course is providing us with essential insights and tools to further improve our governance and better serve the people of Bacoor. We are dedicated to putting the knowledge and best practices we are learning into action to improve our community and create a brighter future for all Bacooreños,” he said.
